Pocket Full of Tales created these classes to provide children and young families with a warm nurturing environment in which to explore their imaginations, their bodies, their voices and their world through the arts.  
 

In our classes music, movement, art, drama, science and literature will be utilized as tools to finding our own voices and discovering the world around us as we grow.   With a brand new cozy classroom, built especially for our youngest students, the scene is set for fun and adventure.

Doodlebugs Art : 2-4 years-   A fun filled, theme based, messy art class designed to teach our littlest artists to paint, color, glue, sticker and collage their way through the world of NATURE. Our teachers will challenge your child’s fine motor skills with developmentally appropriate art that’s the perfect parent and me project.  Together time at it’s best. 
 

Little Picassos: 4-6 years-   It’s never too early to introduce your child to the great artists of our time. Especially if it is by sharing their work as well as fun “kid-friendly” facts about their lives.  Students will be inspired by the styles of the most famous artists in the world and challenged to create their own art using them.  It doesn’t get better than this. 
 

Imagination Stations 2-4 years-   The best mix of story time, art, music and drama for your young artist.  Perfectly balanced to match short attention spans and hungry imaginations.  This class has tested tried and true from Coast to Coast and always receives a rave review from parents and kids alike.  Children will build social skills and self-esteem while enjoying great books, you can’t get that watching television!    
 

Rhythm Kids 2-4 years - Musical Instruments, hand songs and creative movement activities celebrate the music of childhood and challenge your little one to find their inner maestro.  While teaching some of childhood’s trickiest lessons in patience, taking turns, following the leader, volume control, body awareness and when is the right time to get a little CRAZY!!!

 
I Wonder Why? 4-6 years - Tired of hearing “Why?”.  Let us answer the questions for a little while, with this introduction to science, developed to inspire young minds to explore and question the world around them.  Each class will include free exploration experiments, as well as class centered projects that will provide the opportunity to view first hand how things grow, work and live.  
 

Dramacise: 3-4 years - A perfect introduction to the world of theatre.  This process based class begins with children being challenged to create  spontaneous “plays” with their teacher in role.  As children become more comfortable with pretending they will create a performance to be viewed by parents on the last day of class.  We’ll sing, we’ll dance….we’ll celebrate our magnificent imaginations.
